How does it work?
You can book a chat or phone appointment, whichever suits you best. There are 30-minute and 50-minute appointment slots. You can make a reservation using an alias (the service asks for your first and last name, but you don't have to use your real name). We only use the contact information you provide to contact you.
When you book a chat appointment, you will receive a chat link in your email, from which you can access the conversation. When you make a phone appointment, we will call the phone number you provided.
